This is what your insurance Broker does for you. As a valued client of The Sovereign General, you have the right to access your personal information and request changes if required. It is also your legal right to deny us the use or disclosure of your information for certain purposes, or to choose not to provide us with some or all of your personal information. Please note however, that we only collect information that is necessary to determine your eligibility for coverage, process your business and handle your claims. Once The Sovereign General has issued a policy to you, you may not withdraw your consent. This is necessary since we may be required to use your personal information in the normal course of handling your business, past and present. For example, we may need to contact you in the event of a claim.
